Arabella Forge is a Melbourne-based Nutritionist and Dietitian. She is the author of 2 books; Frugavore: how to grow your own, buy local, waste nothing and eat well (2010) and Arabella's Guide to Nutrient-Dense Food on a Shoestring (2015). Arabella has worked as an online food columnist for The Age & Sydney Morning Herald (see and has taught cooking classes at cooking schools and food festivals across Australia.

Her most challenging job to date has been raising 3 kids, and her current work focus is aimed toward making nutrient-dense cooking techniques easily accessible for busy, time-poor families.
