I thought that I had mastered the art of wholefoods cooking, but then I had kids .... (gah!) and so a new journey began .. I quickly had to learn the skills of juggling, delegating, umpiring and putting nutrient-dense foods on the table... Here is my story , and here's how you can do it too ..

While juggling 3 kids with food allergies and intolerances, I quickly came to learn the importance of preparing healthy, nutrient-dense meals with less fuss and bother.
